DS has colic, & he cries uncontrollably 2-3 times a day, everyday, almost by the clock. He is 6 weeks old now & the colic is still going strong. Did any of you deal with this? If so, when did it start easing up & when did it end completely. I've heard 6 weeks is the peak so I'm hoping it's all downhill from here!

Re: When does colic end?
For regular fussy babies, 6 weeks is the peak. For colicky ones, it may be later, unfortunately. We saw improvement after 8 weeks and definitely after 3 months, but I wouldn't say it ended until about 4 months. I've heard drs. say that for colic, the peak is more like 3 months.
Do you have the Happiest Baby on the Block? Those techniques really helped, and when all else failed, the vacuum really worked. It's a really hard time, but it definitely does get better.
