tongue thrust reflex

How do I identify this?  I am not planning on starting any solids including cereal until at least 4.5 months when DD's next doc visit is, and even then I am leaning on starting with avacados instead of cereal.  But I just wanted to know if she is still doing this.  She does seem very interested in what we are eating at dinner time, so it will be fun once she does start foods.

    put a little something in her mouth. You'll see if she uses her tounge to push it out. Also DD does this with her bottle when she is done.

    Stop before solids, you don't want food spitting outta her mouth. Pacifiers fly around my house all day, I don't want carrots and grapes flying too
