So how warm does it have to be for you to have shorts on your LO. I always watch the weather in the morning to make sure it isn't going to be too chilly. DS wears shorts every day, but this week the temp is getting in the low 80s. So I am thinking in the next few weeks we may need to switch to pants. At what temperature will you change your LO's wardrobe from shorts to pants?
I am always cold, so I am not a good judge on it. Plus it's always chillier in the morning when we leave for daycare.
Re: What temp for shorts
Ditto.
And, um....JEALOUS that it's getting in the low 80s where you are. Where do you live, the North Pole???
I live in NW Illinois. And it is actually 74 here right now.
My son is 11 months and I put him in shorts from about mid 70s-on, even when he's going to DC b/c they go on a long walk outside at the DC. I notice he gets fussy when he's hot and never seems to be cold (like his Dad...), but every baby/kid is different.
Like PP said, he wears pants when I wear pants. I'll put shorts on him in the mid-70s. 70 and lower he'll be in light pants.
DS is never cold like his mama
my ILs are always telling me to put something on him "or else he'll get sick!!!" but...nope! (*knock on wood*)
