Nasonex .. not really a pill. I'm snorting it. lol
We are pill popping twinsies! Celexa is very similar to Lexapro. My insurance wouldn't cover Lexapro though.
Have you decided what you are going to do further in your pregnancy? Are you planning on weaning or continuing?
With DD#2 I was on it and weaned in my second trimester. I had to wean super super slow though. It was hard and the side effects were bad.
I think I'm going to continue throughout the pregnancy and after delivery. My anxiety is pretty bad without it. I take a very low dose, so hopefully it won't cause any problems. I tried switching to Zoloft when I was first TTC, but it didn't work as well for me.

My doctor said it was safe to continue through pregnancy and this time I might need to, but I was able to wean last time and be ok until shortly after delivery. Do you mind me asking your dosage? I'm on 20mg and if I keep on it I might back down to 10mg and go back up to 20mg after the baby is born.
I'm not sure if the doses are the same for celexa as for lexapro, but it sounds like they are. I take 5 mg, which is technically sub-therapeutic, but it seems to work for me without making me emotionally flat. I was on 10 mg for awhile and had to cut my dose. I'm a little worried I might have to go back up to 10 though, b/c estrogen seems to be my enemy when it comes to anxiety - I am always more anxious around ovulation, and as I got close to 5 weeks during my previous pregnancy, I started getting really anxious, beyond normal worry.
My OB had originally told me that if I stayed on lexapro, I'd have to wean off in the third trimester, but after the zoloft didn't work out, she referred me to a maternal-fetal medicine doctor who said it would be fine for me to stay on the lexapro. They are just going to monitor the pregnancy closely.
Yeah I think the doses are the same. I hope that you anxiety stays in check. If I was not on 20mg right now, I don't know what I would do. We are dealing with so much extra crap right now that it's a miracle I don't just run away!!! I won't go into details here, but celexa is my lifesafer!
Prenatals only for now. I was taking a probiotic (florastor) but stopped after bfp but plan on asking ob to make sure its ok to take, which I'm sure is ok.

Was your OB ok with the Nasonex? Mine told me to stop taking Nasonex or Flonase since both are class C.
Hmm. I asked her before I started ttc if it was okay while pregnant, and she said yes. I'll double check at the my first appointment.
I have to take either that or benadryl. She told me benadryl was not okay, but then the M-F medicine specialist I saw said it was. Conflicting information is annoying.
PNV with DHA and that's it. I was on Cymbalta and Wellbutrin, but I quit them both cold turkey because my doctors didn't think I should stay on them...we'll see how it goes.
I'm trying really hard to stay off my allergy meds (flonase, astepro, allegra-d) by using the Neti Pot. Lists I've seen on say Benadryl is ok, but it makes me fall asleep almost immediately! Any suggestions?
