diaper/clothes change disaster!

Is anyone elses DC going through this?  Every time, and I do mean EVERY time, I change his diaper or clothes he goes insane.  Kicking, screaming, etc....  It is so frustrating.  I thought this wasn't supposed to start happening until they were toddler's...  Any ideas on how to stop it?  I have tried everything I can think of.  (Distractions: toys, singing, my DH...)  Will it end???  I sure hope so.

    It is ridiculous.  I change DD on the floor now so she can't roll off the changing table.  But yeah, it takes me forever to get her clothes on, she's constantly trying to crawl away.

    Oh yeah... it has been a challenge FOR MONTHS!  I have special toys for Harmon he only play with while changing diapers.  That really helps!

    I've been dealing with this crap for the last 2 months. As soon as she figured out how to crawl, it was all over. I can only change her on the floor, I usually do it with my right hand while restraining her with my left arm and hand. LIttle bugger still get loose most of the time too.
