appts everywhere

I am in process of checking where I can get in to do another IVF with my own eggs, this year. Most places I am getting a consult appt and cycling wont be until october or november. I am checking back with the idiot DR I already went through to find out if he can pull his head out of his butt and think outside the box. I have appts everywhere right now. Then I get to go through all this all over and see if we can get to ER or if I can figure out if it is more worth doing ED. Anyway, have a great weekend. Thats my status!

Hi Kristin, we are in the same boat. We've done 3 IVF cycles, 2 which have eventually been cancelled. I have issue that we have an HMO, so consulting to find the right RE is very difficult. We would like to consult OOP until we are sure that we are with RE that is willing to work with us-but then risk having HMO refuse to pay any charges because they did not pay for consult. Frustrated, and starting to feel like don't know which direction to turn. What I keep telling myself is that "it only takes one." I know that I will NEVER respond like someone 10 years my junior-but that doesn't mean that it cann't ever happen using my own eggs. I might have to try harder or longer.......but, for me it will be worth it in the end. Good luck!
