XP: Not looking good- IVF update

Can you hear me screaming (or crying..)?  My fear of 2 follicles is my reality. I only have 2 measurable follies. There are 2 unmeasurables ones that I am supposed to "talk to" and "encourage to grow"...  The 2 I have are about 12mm. I am staying on the same meds and going back on Monday morning.  E2 went up to 245.  In order to get to a retrieval I need 4 follies and E2 of 500...  I need the 2 slowpokes to get in the f'in race. Please send me growing vibes. This really sucks. Thankfully I am working from home today...

TTC #1 since 8/1/10; Me:41 and BRCA1+, DH:46
DOR (FSH 24.3)/ terrible egg quality ; homozygous MTHFR c677t
5 IUI's: 2/11 to 6/11 and 1/12= BFN
OE IVF#1-4 8/11-6/12= all BFN
DE IVF#1 11/12 bad embryos= BFN
DE IVF #2 2/13 BFP/Beta hell: m/c 5w6d
CFNBC 7 months, not doing well; decided on guarantee program at RBA w/frozen DE
DE IVF #3 1/14  ET 4BB; BFP;M/C 5w1d, incomplete m/c; MVA extraction in ER 7w1d

DE FET#1 ET 3/1714; BFP, beta 1 3/27= 197, beta 2 3/31= 1586, beta 3 4/7= 13879!!
First u/s= Twins with HBs at 6w2d! We are Team Pink x 2!!

K & K born 11/21/14 at 38wks 4 days

    Grow Follies Grow!  I hope you have enough for retrieval.  Having only 2 totally sucks.  I know just how you feel!

    3/06 - m/c 1st baby at 6 weeks 
    5/06 -2nd baby had no heartbeat at 14 wks.
    D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
    Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!

    I am so very sorry.  I know how it feels to go to the follie check and be disappointed - I wish I didn't but I do.  Try to hang in there though, it ain't over yet.  Meanwhile, I am sending tons of growing vibes your way.

    TTC since 3/07. IVF#1 = canceled. IVF#2 = 0% fertilization. IVF#3 = BFN. IVF#4 = c/p.  
    Moving forward with Adoption 2017!

    I am AMA and all tests on H came back normal
    3 failed IVF with OE and 2 failed frozen DE cycles
    Last fresh hail mary DE cycle starting Feb 2013
    PAIF/SAIF always welcome

    I'm sorry sweets.  That's disappointing.  However, I still think things could turn around.  Your numbers are good.  Mine were almost doubling each time I went back so you will be fine.  I also think that you have a good chance of those other two follies growing.  You really have four there.  I am afraid that you might be comparing yourself to my situation because our history seems similar but you can't.  I literally just had the two and they saw nothing else.  Also, my numbers were not nearly as good as your are.  So try to hang in there because this can still work for you.  You have been on my mind and I will continue to send growing dust your way.

    I'm sorry your check didn't go as well as you had hoped. For every cycle I have crap on my first monitoring appt and the small ones end up catching up. I hope the same happens for you. Lots of follie growing vibes!

    Oh, McIrish, this totally sucks.  You probably posted this first on the TTC+35 board but I lock myself out over there during the day so I get work done (and instead, here I am coming in this way....).  Here's hoping those other two follicles catch up...as a PP said, there's a good chance they will, and in general with this stuff things can change really fast (in my own cycle, I ended up with 3 more than they thought initially--not that I'm a good example of anything, I know, but at this point we just have to get you to retrieval....).

    Found DHs BT and Me-decreased blood flow to uterus
    Recommended DE IVF w/PGD, incorporate electro-acupuncture. Decided to cycle locally
    ***New RE***
    DE IVF# 1(cycle #6) w/pgd, (freeze all): 30R, 23M, 15F, slow/poor embryo development, 4 biopsied, 1 Normal "Norm"; DE IVF w/PGD, incorporate electro-acupuncture.

    IVF #3 May 2011 - ER 5/19/11: 20 retrieved, 10 mature, 9 fert-ET 5dt 5/24/11 3 embies - BFN;
