So, I have been curious as to who out there has the biggest stash! Then I saw a post on the June board about stash, and I was very impressed by some of the numbers. We had a couple with over a thousand!
Finally, that led me here. I thought it would be fun to see how much some of the "professionals" over here have. Unfortunately, your only prize is a pat on the back lol. ![]()
So what's your number???
Re: Stash Brag Thursday!
Wow, I'm impressed. I think I only have 300.
How do you store all the BM? Do you have an extra freezer?
Right now, I store it in the Medela bags in shoebox sized containers. When I run out of Medela, I'm switching to Lasinoh bags and using the gift bag method.
Francesca Pearl is here! Josephine Hope is almost 3!

I felt like AWing as well. I have 2287 ounces, vacuum sealed in my deep freeze. I had more, but I donated 135 ounces for cancer research. (I have a friend who is a chemist, and works for a company that extracts a cancer marker from breastmilk.) I also gave 35 ounces to a friend who was really ill in the hospital for her newborn.

I'm great! ((Points to siggy)) My DD is almost a year old! Breaks my heart! How's your little one?
I have about 200. I've had more, but went through a lot when DS had his 6 mo growth spurt early and we hadn't started on solids yet.
I think there is such thing as having too much, because you'll have to rotate through it more (instead of using fresh) in order to ensure that it doesn't go bad. So personally I think 1000 oz is a bit much, then again if you have a deep freeze (we do not) it is not as big of a deal.
