LO was looking pretty scaly on her scalp this week so we tried dousing her head in olive oil for a half hour before bathtime. I then used a fine tooth comb and gently dragged it over her scalp to remove the flakes. Shampoo - repeat the next day and it's almost gone. Just wanted to share, super easy fix!

I couldn't stand the smell of the olive oil and gagged a few times. Baby oil worked a bit faster for us.

We use an extra light version, maybe it's less stinky?

I use baby oil too, but that's just because it's what I used on DS and didn't think of using something else. Plus we still have most of a bottle left from DS's infancy.
