    I've always really liked Malachi but would never be able to use it.  I say if you like it and it works with your last name, go for it!

    I know this makes no difference, but I think Children of the Corn. Creepiness. Not that it's a bad name, I just have that association.

    THIS! I like the name, but my grandma let us watch scary movies when we were kids, and that movie scared the $hiit out of me.

    What about Micah ? Love that one.

    I like it .. it does remind of me Children of the Corn.. and that Malachi was kinda creepy..

    there is another character on the TV show Republic of Doyle named  (pronounced)Mala-key.. I'm not sure if it's spelt the same or not.. or maybe just a different way of pronouncing.. seeing the show takes place in Newfoundland.. it's hard to say
