Can pregancy symptoms come and go?

 Disclaimer: I am not asking if I am KU, I repeat, I am NOT asking if I'm KU.

I have myself all in a tizzy over this, so I'm hoping you all can help. I missed my (usually "like clockwork"-literally, its never even been a day late) period last Friday. I figured out I didn't O until CD22ish so I'm now 12DPO. I was having lots of the typical symptoms (sore & full boobs (first time ever), peeing constantly, backaches, vivid dreams, cramping and headaches). I have been POAS everyday and they are all negative. For the last two days I've only had headaches and a bit a of cramping. My boobs, which were the biggest change, are totally back to normal.

 So I'm wondering (those of you who have been pregnant) did signs come and go during your 2ww? I'm know I"m not out until AF comes but 6 days of this is really wearing on me!

    Do you chart?  If not, how do you know you ovulated?  You may just have a wonky cycle this month - it happens.  It sounds like phantom symptoms to me and yes, they come and go.

    Everyone's different, but my symptoms (for the most part) didn't come and go. Once my boobs were sore, they stayed sore. The cramps were the only thing that would come and go but by that I mean, cramps for an hour then a little while with out, then they'd be back.

    Just out of curiosity, how did you "figure out" when you ovulated?

    Like Yunk said, everyone is different. But, my did not come and go. When I was KU, my cramps got worse and my boobs hurt all the way through first tri. Who knows though!

    Why all the open circles recently? I think it is possible you Oed on CD 24 bringing you to only 10 DPO.

    Not to bring you down but I always have sore boobs and headaches leading up to AF and they go away right before AF shows. Good luck to you!

    I had to change my temping time from 6am to 4am. I am now going to do it consistantly at 4am but can't figure out how to get FF to change those circles to blue.

    And I would almost be happy if AF showed at this point! I just want to know if I'm KU or not for sure! However, I think my body is telling me I'm not. =(

    I had phantom symptoms come and go last month.  If AF doesn't come, take a test.

    If its phantom symptoms they will come and go.

    If its pregnancy symptoms they will come and go. One day you may not feel anything and the next you will feel horrible.
