Should I treat my M/C as a period. M/C started on July 2nd and ended on July 7th. We have been TTC since M/C but I am not sure when to test. Should I treat it as if it was a period and then first day missed period would be August 2nd?

I'm not sure what you're technically supposed to do, but I treated my early m/c as a period for charting purposes and got pregnant with DD the next cycle. My chart looked "normal," in terms of ovulation date using that method.

I am curious too.... I have no idea. I m/c last weekend and we are planning on trying again right away. I think I would I probably wait a little longer to test (if I could make myself possibly wait), unless I had some pregnancy symptoms, then I would probably test. But, I honestly, have no clue..
It's really too hard to say for sure - some women ovulate on schedule after a m/c, others don't. After my 1st m/c, my period came back exactly 28 days post-d&c. After my 2nd m/c, it was 90+ days before my period returned. I'd say if yours was very early and you didn't need a d&c, it's likely your period would return Aug 2 or so ... but just don't be too disappointed if it takes a bit longer. Obviously you want to give your body a chance to fully recover.
Good luck!

I'm happy you asked that b/c I was wondering the same thing after my miscarriage last weekend. I have always been really regular even after stopping b/c, having DD and after I stopped nursing. Hoping my m/c won't throw my cycles to out of whack.

You are supposed to consider your m/c your most recent "period." However with that said, it doesn't really mean anything because your first cycle after a m/c isn't really a normal one anyways. If you are like me and you like to POAS I would either use OPK's so you know when you ovulate for the first time and have a specific date to start testing; or I would wait four weeks after your m/c and then start testing once a week until your period starts. I hope you get your positive before that point though!!
