They were pretty good, but I had to add almost a cup more flour than it called for because it was waaay too gooey to wrap around the peanut butter cup. They came out a little harder than I like, but DH loved them. I may try again with a different cookie dough recipe.

But for some reason the batter just didn't come out right. It was super gooey and was impossible the mold around the PB cups. I had to add more flour which made them harder when they were done.
