I made these last night

They were pretty good, but I had to add almost a cup more flour than it called for because it was waaay too gooey to wrap around the peanut butter cup.  They came out a little harder than I like, but DH loved them. I may try again with a different cookie dough recipe.

    Oh wow, those look so delicious!!!  Mad props to you Nikki!!  I love, love, love peanut butter, so these cookies are right up my alley.  Is the recipe hard?

    No its super easy

    But for some reason the batter just didn't come out right. It was super gooey and was impossible the mold around the PB cups. I had to add more flour which made them harder when they were done.

    TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!

    Yum! To soften them up, tear a slice of bread into a couple pieces and stick them in the cookie container. The cookies will pull the moisture out of the bread and soften up. A little trick my mom always uses. :)
