I don't feed or pump for 2-3 hrs after each drink just to be safe. After about 30-45 minutes it's at its highest concentration in your milk and then slowly weathers down...this is with only one drink though.
The pump and dump is not to clean you out it's just to keep supply up. The alcohol leaves your milk as it leaves your system.
