I know this is soooo early, but last night as I was going to bed I thought it would be really cool if we did a Secret Santa on this board.

Let's see how much interest there is in participating and any ladies who would be interested in helping to organize too.

    Fun! I've also heard of boards doing onsie-exchanges. I don't know the details of how they work, but something like that would be fun!

    I totally understand the feeling. I've been involved in an art/pen pal exchange and I have only received 1 item even though I have participated in 3 exchanges. 

    I like the onesie exchange idea, that way if you did decide to participate you would all be putting in the same amount of effort, but in the end you'd get a surprise onesie?

    I like either the oneies exchange or the secert santa idea. By then anyone not team green will know what they are having and be a nice little surprise to get something from someone here.

    I like the onesie idea!  It's still fun, but also gives a lot more structure so people are less likely to be potentially disappointed.

    I organized a sock exchange on 3T its best to use a site like elfster. I also think we should wait until maybe Jan. When some of us know what were having and the board kinda starts to stabilize out. There are 100's of people posting now but in 3 or 4 mths not everyone will be here and when you do an exchange you want to make sure everyone who signs up follows though. I had many lurkers that signed up but never mailed anything out.

    But to answer your question I think its a great  idea.

    What a cute idea with the onesie! I would definitely participate.

    I've participated in some exchanges on the Nest Book Club and when we use elftser it seems to go pretty smooth. The one thing I like about it is that only the person who draws you gets to see your address, so it's not like your address is somewhere out there on the internet for any person who signs up to see.

    I really like the idea of the onesie exchange!  I would be more interested in doing this than a secret santa.  We did a secret santa on our local board but we've "known" each other for a few years now.

    As long as all goes well, I would love to do the onsie exchange.  January might allow everyone to get through the holidays before having to worry about the exchange.

    I like the January idea - it'd be a nice surprise to get something after the big Xmas rush, and then if it's an issue for anyone, it'd be nice to take advantage of the post-Xmas sales..
