J just started doing this yesterday... anyone have any idea if it means anything in particular? Just a new way to make noise? Sign of teething (we don't have any teeth around here yet.)
Not sure what it means but DD does it ALL THE TIME! She did just pop through her 2 bottom teeth last week, so I assume it has to do with teething...maybe you'll be seeing some soon...
I took a hilarious picture of this ~ I'll try to find it and PIP. She looks like a little old man when she does it.
The Radish was doing this a few days ago and I couldn't figure it out either, now we have the first two teeth starting to show themselves on the bottom, so maybe it is teething related? She did look quite funny doing it.
This is exciting! Of course he hides the bottom gums with his tongue all the time, so I am weirdo trying to feel around in his mouth all the time.
We have had some of the other signs, like rosy cheeks, but he has an amber necklace and I am wondering if we will see the teeth pop up with little fuss.
It would also explain his wanting to nurse every 2 hours all the time... and the gooey diapers... (EBF, no solids yet).
Ronan did it all the time for about a month right after he turned 4 months old, he got teeth a few days short of 4 months, but I think it was more he discovered that he could do it and it felt weird than anything else, just like him blowing raspberries now.
