Would you throw in a pasta dish?

We are having 28 people over for a brunch for Danicas birthday.  11 of those are children here is my menu but would you make some thing more kid friendly like a pasta dish too?

2 different crustless quiche

french toast casserole 

ham

hash brown casserole

blueberry pineapple bake

 

those are the hot things as for cold and room temp things

fruit salad

breakfast breads and muffins

croissants

  • You could do a mac n cheese for the kids.  I would drop the croissants or muffins, though.  You have a ton of starchy foods already. I might also add a veggie tray for the kids too.  They usually like carrot sticks and cherry tomatoes.

    This. I would think most kids would love muffins. Or you could do cinnamon rolls instead.

    Your menu looks very breakfast-y to me, and not so much brunch-y.

    I think that with what you have you could throw in a deli meat tray (to make croissant sandwiches with), and a veggie tray and the kids would enjoy that.
