4m Shots Poop Question

LO had a weird poop just a few minutes ago, it was darker than usual and harder in a way but almost with mucus mixed in..sorry if tmi but I've never seen anything like this and just wondering if this could be from the shots that he had on Monday? If it persists I will call the Pedi in the morning. Anyone else have anything like this with their LO?

    We also had 4 month shots on Monday and are having mucous poop today.

    i remember his poop being different after his 4 month shots, but i can't remember how they were different. I looked it up online and it said it was from one of the vaccines--i think it's normal but would call if it lasts longer than a few days.
