What color to paint DD's bed? PIP

I picked up this bed last week and right now it's getting sandblasted. Give me some great color ideas.

I kind of want to do something fun but then practical antique white keeps coming up.

    I think I'd go with white or a light aqua color.  I think you could have a lot of versatility with either color, and could always use it for another room down the road, if needed.

    I say to do something fun.  You can always repaint later to something practical.

    I would do aqua, yellow or green.  Whatever you decide, its going to look great!

    I would do something fun and bright, but darker. Like hot pink, torquoise or a darker lime green. It would hide fingerprints, someone who go ahold of a pencil and things like that better. You can always repaint it later to good old antique white.
