Domperidone - If you use please help - ?'s

I am considering ordering some Domperidone as I am just not able to pump like I used to. I am also going to talk with a LC at our clinic and she if they have any additional advice/ideas. I have tried increasing skin to skin time and increased the amount of pumping sessions but, nothing is noticeably helping. I have tried fenugreek but it did not seem to help. DD is breastfeed before daycare and then after when we get home. I really am hoping I can make it BF for a year and really want her to continue to get BM while at day care but am just not able to keep up. I used to pump at work and get 8 oz total and now and I am lucky to the 4-5 oz total. So I was wondering if you use it do you take anything else with it, how did it work for you? I did not realize how much this was going to affect me. I am just hoping I can get something or do something to help get a little more output. Thanks for reading and any advice!

    try to stay hydrated. eat enough food especially high fiber. pump every three hours while away from LO.

    When i started taking dom i started slowly, like one tablet three tiomes a day, and then i gradually increased it to two tablets three times a day. I get an extra 4 ounces of what i used to pump.

    im trying to wean off dom though and try fenugreek again because at least fenugreek is herbal. But hands down, dom really does work :)

    I just started dom this week. I also think I am getting about 4 more oz (today was the first day I was able to leave enough for 4 bottles). For me I think it mainly has helped with my evening supply. Before I would get almost 4 oz during my morning pumps, by during my late afternoon pumps I would only get almost 2 oz and I know I wasn't filling up LO at night, now I'm getting between 3 and 4 oz all day.

    Don't stop the other things you are doing just b/c you taking dom. This is the best resource I've found on dom and I followed their recommendation of 30 mg 3x/day.

    I tried ALL the herbal stuff in all combinations and nothing was working.  I would barely pump 5oz at work in 3 sessions and DS woukd eat all evening at home.

     Once I started Dom i can pump 9oz in two sessions at work and DS is much more satisfied in the evenings.  I take 3 pills 3x a day.
