I've got nothing. AF arrived today and I feel like sitting around eating brownies and ice cream.
Mine showed up Saturday and I've had cookies yesterday and today. I did work out today though! I only did a short pilaties (sp?) video though instead of cardio because cardio and periods do NOT mix! I hope your brownies are delicious
ETA: I forgot to actually answer your question about motivation. My motivation for August is going to be that my MIL is coming down at the end of the month. She's very judgmental about nutrition and exercise even though she's overweight as well. She ALWAYS makes rude comments about things I eat and how I should be running (even though I was told to not run while pregnant because I had partial placenta previa and I can't run now because I'm in the middle of trying to figure out why there is no space between 3 of my disks in my lower back). Anyways, I want to prove to her that I can lose weight and get in shape without running.

Dude, EFF your MIL! That is so rude! And to act that way to you in your own home?! Oh hail no! lol! I'm sorry she's like that, try not to let it get to you. Easier said than done though, right?

Gahh...I know right! She even gave me dirty looks when I at left over cake from my baby shower and when she was at my moms house she told her she shouldn't drink beer anymore because it would help her lose weight! DH's niece just turned 9 and she has the poor girl convinced she's fat (she has a little pudge on her but she's 9!!). She's now giving her a dollar for every day she doesn't gain weight and another dollar for every pound she loses. I would punch a biznach in the face if they did that to my daughter!

OMG! That is wrong wrong wrong WRONG! Like it isn't hard enough becoming a teenage girl, but to go into it with self image issues already?! And from your own GRANDMOTHER no less! UGH!

They are so flipping good. It makes a ton though, because they are so rich that you cannot possibly eat very much. I brought them to work and the babysitters today to share.
I just really wish more people would post on these. There have to be people out there with good recipes/tips/stories/motivation regardless if they are on or off the wagon.
Maybe we should have a separate thread for our fat girl confessions?
