Milk blister and clogged duct

I had a milk blister about a week and a half ago.  I soaked it in salt water and it healed but it hurt to feed on that side and I'd still get shooting pains in the breast.  Today, about 2 hours after a feeding, the breast felt very hard.  I can tell there is a clogged duct, maybe more than one.  Feeding and pumping didn't help.  My DH and I tried to hand express and now it looks like the milk blister is back.  I'm not sure where to go at this point.  It's like half my breast is hard.  I'm going to put a hot compress on it, but I'm wondering, if it's still like this tomorrow, should I go see my OB?  TIA.

    Use heat and massage to see if you can break up the clog. Also consider sterilizing a needle and popping the blister (gross, I know, but it can really help). It that fails, I'd say go see your doctor.
