Sharing the recipe is probably not conducive to the recent board weight loss discussion, but they're too yummy not to share!
um..holy crap. I know what I am doign tomorrow!
I used the mini Reese's so it made the cookies a wee bit smaller than the blogger's, but they're still a good size. I was able to get 27 cookies out of the recipe.

I come back and it is cookies. I have been craving sweet stuff! And Reese's are my favorite candy... I may be making those soon too. Or maybe some Oreo Mint Truffles. Haven't done that in a while.

Speaking of cookies... a few years ago my husband decided to bake slice-and-bake cookies with DD... on a cooling rack. Because "that's where they always are when I get them to eat them!!"
Mom to J (10), L (4), and baby #3 arriving in July of 2015

Would you like to change it to cake? We can switch over to those no problem

LOL, that's great!
My husband tried to make me a cake one time as a surprise and he baked it in pots "to make it round". It was so funny because the two layers were different sizes. He didn't realize I had round baking pans sitting right next to the pots...

You weren't kidding yesterday about making cookies. Got any snickerdoodles?
LOL. I didn't even think of that!
Do you know of a good snickerdoodle recipe? I've never made them before.
No, I beyond fail at making cookies. I can make anything else but cookies. Unless you count the pre-made packaged ones?
Haha, bummer. I will now be on the hunt for a good recipe, though!
I make up for that with my cooking and brownies/pastries/cakes. I made an amazing tres leches cake for DS's bday, with home-made whipped cream.. I also ate about half of it myself

UGH Finally got DS down. I think he's going through a growth spurt, but with him being a preemie I have no clue what is going on with him lol. But I think all moms feels that way... right?!
I'm making corned beef and perogies... not sure if anyone else knows what that is! I think it's a northern thing.
But If you could send some of those cookies my way, I'd be forever grateful!!!

That is funny. We blame everything on growth spurts. (Not sleeping, sleeping too much, crying etc..)
DH is working late...again. I had humus with a tortilla, a few cherries and then frosting ofor desert. I call it cleaning out the fridge.
I make a mean apple pie with homemade crust but don't have the patience for cookies I wait for my husband to get desperate and then he'll whip up a batch..
Re: Why did this board suddenly pass out?
It is almost dinner time here. But, I am at a loss of what to make...

It's only about to be 4 here, still too early for dinner. I don't think you'd like any of my ideas.
ditto. kinda running out of things to say.
Mine cooperates rather well.. until stocking day comes along. I swear my computer is opposed to me scoring cute dipes
You can always give us updates on how baby appointments are going. Time has really flown by, you're already at 29 weeks!
After the TT preview excitement, I left for a bit to bake these Reese's cup stuffed chocolate chip cookies.

Stop with the cookies! I was so good and ate egg beaters for breakfast and promptly ate a donut during my morning meeting
I took advantage of DH working from home today and took a nap....it might have been TT related.

::drool::
I can try to make you a special cookie.. sugar substitute and stuffs.
that sounds...not delicious. Although I am the queen of the carbs so as long as it has some-my body won't reject it

Yup, this is me too. I sometimes only have a few minutes to pop online and can only resond to one or two posts.. or I often lurk from my phone.
Plus I'm kind of on the wagon and it's hard to hang around here too much unless you're able to buy!
ETA: we're having pull porked sandwiches, pasta/veggie salad and corn on the cob
Yummm..that sounds really good. Still early here..thinking about it..
