I got the Nuk brand from Target. I like them a lot, but I use them more for nipple tenderness than leaking.
I looked into Lilypadz, but really didn't want to spend $20 for one set that would only last a few months. I spent $10 for 6 sets of pads that will last me until I'm done BFing all of my kids.
Johnson & Johnson - A++ - They hold in leaks really well, they are really soft. They are contoured but are not visible. They also have like a little spot for your nipple. LOVE these.
Laninsoh - B+ - They hold in leaks, but they pretty visible under your shirts. Because they are contoured they get all fold and wrinkles and you can really see them.
Re: recommend your pads
Once you're past the first 6 weeks, I highly recommend the Lilypadz. Instead of absorbing, they actually suppress leaking.

Go to etsy and find some made from OBV (organic bamboo velour). They are super soft and very absorbent. I love them.
Artsy Fartsy Foo Foo (https://hyenacart.com/onestore.php?vid=3046&category=18) has some fabulous ones as does as does this seller on etsy. (https://www.etsy.com/shop/MomsCrafts4U?section_id=7917829) She is in Canada but it got here pretty quickly. Maybe only a day or 2 more than a domestic shipment.
Sorry... the clicky link thing isn't working. Highly annoying!
I have tried several different types.

Nuk - D - I hated these. They are super thin.
