We call him Peanut (DH's mom got him one of those Hallmark stories where you read it aloud and we hadn't announced his name yet, so she said "Dear Peanut"... and it stuck), Monkey - because I love monkeys (and all things jungle-y) and Mr Magoo... not sure where that came from... we call SS that too occasionally.
I call her Lady a lot. That started in the hospital, and now whenever I get her from her crib, I always say, "Heeeyyy, Lady!" and she gets a huge grin on her face. I love it.
Baby Boy, Little Peanut, and Bee are the most popular ones around here. I didn't have a nickname for him when I was preggo. The nurses called him peanut in the hospital, and bee was just what kept popping out of my mouth every time I looked at him.
I call Nathan my Buddah bobble head. He got super chunky really fast and started to resemble the misrepresentation of Buddah and when he was a newborn he would hold his head up but it would just bob and reminded me of a bobble head lol. when I was pregnant we called him Wolverine just to have something to call him before we had our name picked out.

Since we don't know what we are having yet, my sister in law started calling the baby "Niblet" and it stuck. So he or she is just Niblet for now, or Little Nibs ...
I call my little girl 'tweedlebug.' she's been in my belly 6 months, and i think we thought of the name at 10 weeks. My husband wanted to call our baby something before we knew the gender, so we thought of one! I don't know if it will stick after she is born, but it works for now (especially since we are keeping her name a secret!)
Our LO is called Zo-Zo (her name is Zoe) and Chub Chub. I'm not exactly sure why we feel the need to say things twice now that we have a baby, or why we called her Chub Chub since she's never really been chubby. Hmmm...........

I call her "Bug" (started at doodlebug) - and I am not sure where it came from. My husband calls her "Zoobie", because she makes so many funny noises, he says it sounds like a Zoo where ever she is!
When he started teething, we started calling him Chompers. There's also Barracuda Snapping Turtle (after his eating style- breastfeeding to bottle to spoons, he attacks the food source with amazing gusto). And Kidlet, I'd been calling him that since I found out I was pregnant. And Wiggles, or Wiggly. Bobcat too because he made interesting snortning sounds while "talking", much like Bob Cat Goldthwait used to in his young stand up days.but mainly he's Chompers (and variations of that) and Kidlet.
Bambina, princess fussypants(because she acts like a princess when she fusses lol. If the attention isn't on her WATCH OUT!), darlin, baby girl....lil stinker. My favorite is angry bird. She will go from happy baby to angry baby in 2.5 seconds. And her facial expressions look like the angry birds lol.
We call our son pip, because he had this little petticoat last year for winter with the cute little hat. His uncle kept saying "pip, pip, cheerio" with a horrible british accent. Also we call him Nate or my niece calls him NayNay or Nate Jayes(supposed to be Nathan James, but that is how it sounds when she says it) (she is almost 2)
My uncle calls Teagan "Lil Red" because of her hair, my gdad calls her "BabyGirl" (pronounced Baby-Guhl) because he's a southerner, my mom calls her "Bratface" when she starts to fuss, my gma calls her "The Little Princess" since she's the newest great-granddaughter.
I call her Stinkerbutt because her diapers can clear a room! We are big fans of Swamp People, so my hubby does his Troy impression and says she's "jus' a bebe alligayhta" and also calls her his "Alligayhta Queen"
I had to start calling her by her given name, because my whole family
adopted "BabyGirl", and I was afraid that's what she'd think her name
was!
Re: What do you call your LO?
We call Parker:
Boo Boo, Park Park, Park man, pumpkin
Love all the nicknames!!
We call Mallory... Mousy because she is squeaky and Mally girl... And fussy bugs when she's fussy.
Bubs, Bubba, Bub-bubs, monkey, Jack Jack, bug, buggy
These all started after he was born
