Hi laaaaadies!
It's been a while and i was good today so I wanted to post and give a little AW! We went to the State Fair today which of course is a mess for anyone watching their diet. But check out what I did- I ate a good BIG healthy "weekend" breakfast (blueberry pancakes with lite syrup) so I wouldn't be starving at the fair. I split a tri-tip sandwich with DH (which was really small, and disappointing for the price- $10!- shocking!) and had a few bites of Alex's corn dog. I only drank water because I was hot & I wanted to save my "alcohol points" for tonight, ha ha.
I wanted some kind of dessert so I opted for a frozen banana! It was so good! Dipped in chocolate & rolled in chopped peanuts, all I have to count is the chocolate & nuts. Much better choice than a funnel cake (it was tempting though).
Anyway- my lovely, healthy people- how did YOU do this weekend?!? Share your challenges and successes!
My challenge is exercise- I didn't squeeze any in yet at all this weekend (ugh). ASide from walking the fair pretty much I've been three days without. Maybe after the kids go to bed. Or maybe not (I have some sangria in the fridge!)

not so great with eating over the weekend, since we were camping I was munching a lot. I think I controlled it somewhat, but could have done better.
Today I am going to try getting back on my my c25k wagon.... i started it many months ago and stopped when i went back to work. DH is being supportive of giving me that time, so I am going to give a try again... wish me luck (i really need it)
