I'm pretty sure I just experienced my first evap line this morning. I POAS and came back 5 minutes later (that's how long the test says to wait before checking results) and I saw a line! It's the first time I have ever seen a line on a pg test. I kind of freaked out and called DH and told him there is a very faint line on the test. He said, "Well, maybe you're pregnant!" I save my pee in the cup until I read the result of a test. So, out of curiosity I dipped another test and it was stark white. Uhg! Evil evap! I thought the line didn't have much color, but I was still hoping it was the real deal. I know I might not be out of the game yet this cycle, but that was quite the shot to my emotions this morning. Now I'm headed to a 1 year old and 4 year old combined birthday party. Happy Sunday!

Re: A line is a line. Even if it has no color, right?
Sounds just like an evap line. Those sneaky bastards. Sorry, they can put you on a not very fun roller coaster!
Have fun today at your party!
Edit: Wanted to add that even though that sounds like an evap, I hope you get your real BFP soon. Good luck!
I've dealt with evap lines before & it sucks. Usually I find myself imagining a line, this particular time I was trying to imagine color in the line. It's just enough to drive you crazy!
Have fun today at the party, (despite this incident) & GL!EDD 07/29/2017

I've totally done this before! Earlier this year when we were TTA, I was feeling like I was pregnant. I was having weird spotting (NEVER happens) and other symptoms which I now know were phantom. Took a test and was sure the evap line was a BFP.
