NIP success (AW!)

I've only nursed at home or at my new moms' group, but yesterday I tried it out (cover free!) at a coffee shop. Very pleased with the results. LO did great & no one seemed to notice. Well, they must have, but I guess they didn't care. I was a little worried about the group of older men right by me, but, nope! Everyone was fine with it.

A little less successful today at the lake, but I think LO was just overstimulated. No one going by seemed to care or anything, she just got upset and wasn't staying latched.

So, there you go! I don't know what I was nervous about. If any of you are still nervous/waiting, I hope this is encouraging :)

    Awesome!! I'm thinking of nursing at my shower tomorrow so I dont need to leave the room. LO takes forever to eat and I wanna socialize dammit!!

    Rockin! That's the same experience I had. I now do it all the time. I do wear a tank underneath because I don't like my "baby leftovers" hanging out. A tiny bit of skin for baby to eat. I'm good. My flabby gut? Meh - no so much.
