how many braxton hicks are too many?

I had them everyday with last pregnancy starting at about week 20, but last night after DH and I... ehem... well you know, I had constant b/x contractions, I timed them at 10 minutes apart till I fell asleep. I woke up today and they have been going all day. Nothing as consistent as 10 minutes apart, but just while sitting here and paying attention I've had three in an hour. I know they aren't supposed to mean much, but I wonder if I should worry a tiny bit? I am well hydrated and not overexerting myself. hmmm. What do you think?

I think the rule is call your doc if you have more than 4 in an hour.

It's probably nothing, but it couldn't hurt to call your doctor just to make sure

This is what I was told as well. Put your feet up and relax, and hope they go away for you soon!

thanks guys, they stopped sometime this evening. I'll mention it to my doc, but I think it's just something Im going to have to deal with again. ugghgh.
