I do but mostly due to the fear of embarrassment if something happens....I really only need them for nights......what do you do? If you don't, when did you stop?
I do wear them if I'm going out and at night. During the day, if I leak it's not that big of a deal. I do fine that I need to put one in my bra on the side I'm not feeding on if I'm full.
Still do (LO's 4 months) & probably will for a while. It's just so much easier to wear them, don't need to worry (as much) about leaking on my shirts & needing to change. I don't leak nearly as much as I used to, but I can't stand the feel of a wet bra/shirt if I do!
I still have to wear them all the time. I leak if I get full, I leak on the opposite side to which I nurse on, I leak when I hear a child cry and I leak when I get nervous or something make me jump! lol its rediculous!
anyway... I found these silicone pads by simply lily I think at target? they were $20.00 but you can just wash with water to keep clean and they can be worn without a bra! so far I have had them 3 days and no complaints, except I move around too much at night and sometime leak a little if I dont have a nursing tank over the top of them.

I guess I never thought about not doing it. That is a great idea! I don't leak really during the day, but I do at night (LO is working on sleeping through the night, finally!)
I am using the gerber reusable pads from Target. It is way cheaper. They work ok unless I am way overdue and I think the machine washing is ruining them. You aren't supposed to, but it seems like hand washing is not enough. I got 6 pairs for $7 and throw them in with a load every 3-4 days.
I do during the day at work because I still leak occasionally there. I'm starting to wean myself off of them in the evening, but for the most part I still wear them because I'm scared. At night I don't, at all. I don't leak then and if I did I wouldn't care.
Edit: I wear disposibles at work and reusable hemp ones at home. The reusable ones are too bulky and usually leak if I use them at work.
I've had 4 kids, and I actually found no use for them after my 1st.
I used to wear them after I had my 2nd because I was working so it was a just in case thing, but my supply regulated itself pretty well after my 1st and I never ended up leaking.
I still have a whole box leftover from 2yrs ago from dd1. I'll wear them if I might be away from the baby for a few hours, but that rarely happens.

Re: BF moms: Do you still wear nursing pads?
GOod question. I'd like to know, too.
