Yes. I had spotting from before my BFP and didn't start Prometrium until about 19DPO.
My spotting did go away with Prometrium, but then came back a few weeks later. It was pink but then resolved again.
For some, it's just irritation from the med. For me, I came to find out, I am just a "spotter" as I have had it my whole pregnancy off and on thus far.
Make sure you aren't inserting it too far (I assume you are taking it vaginally?) and that might make it less irritating to your cervix.

I had a little last Tuesday. I'm on endometrin and I'm pretty sure it was from that. My nurse said that vaginal progesterone can definitely cause spotting. It's very common, and there is more blood flow to the cervix now so when irritated it can bleed.
I agree with PP about inserting it too far. Try not to stress. You might want to call your nurse, but know that it does happen!
