another 30 day shred post :)

I know there was a good size group of people starting the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred on July 1st so I wanted to see how people are liking it so far, find any tightening in the belly region? I am thinking about getting the dvd tomorrow and starting this week. Any thoughts/tips/suggestions/results?!

  • I wasn't in on that group, but I started yesterday.  Obviously no results yet, but I've done the video for 30 days, 3 times in the past.  It's a great series of workouts, and for 21 minutes, you really get a lot of bang for your buck.  I'm also doing an hour of cardio in addition to the video 5-6 days a week.  You're not going to get results like you would with P90X (i'm going to do that again when I finish with one cycle of 30DS) but it's an awesome all round workout in a short amount of time. And you don't have to dedicate too much time out of your day to it either.  Hope you enjoy it too! :)

  • I am on Level 3 and I have noticed an overall toning, but as far as my belly, it looks bigger than before, even though I have lost nearly 10 lbs. Not sure what's going on there, but everyone is different when it comes to results too!
