So we saw a gestational sac, IN THE UTE, hallelujah! Possibly the faintest hint of a yolk sac (but I think she was just humoring me, lol). My doc was a bit concerned that it only measured 4 wks+1 and I'm supposed to be 4wks+5 based on ovulation (+opk and last DTD on June 28) or 5 wks+5 based on LMP. I guess its possible that the boys hung out and kicked back coronas for 4-5 days before going after the prize, but needless to say, it made me a little nervous. He said based on my history, he's remaining cautiously optimistic.
Beta drawn today and another on Thursday. He wants to see good numbers and doubling, then repeat u/s in 2-3 weeks. Guess we'll have to be patient and pray that the little one keeps growing. Any similar stories with good or bad endings, I'd love to hear them. Here's a pic and thanks, ladies!

Re: Back from u/s and advice needed
I don't have a story to share per say but the sac looks very well formed (round). The difference in size (gestational age) of the gestational sac measurements is millimeters (as in it could easily be off) so if beta's come back good I'd say that you're in good shape.
Good luck!

dude, you are so knocked the eff up ;-)
FWIW, Shrek's version of hallelujah! is playing (pandora) as I type this. That's a sign for something.
You know that my ultrasounds measured WAY off of my LMP this go round...something like 17 days or some nonsense...
Hang in there, Mama...I think you're in GREAT shape!!
Just want to send lots of sticky vibes! Wishing you lots of luck!
That's exactly what happened with DD1. We had sex on a Friday and were officially canceled on Monday, when I had b/w and u/s that did not show I was ovulating. So figure I ovulated at least 48hrs later and we probably didn't conceive her until Wed - 5 days after we last had sex. It happens! Fingers crossed, can't wait to hear about your next u/s!
I'm so optimistic for you! It looks great to me!
Congratulations!!!
