I'm pretty sure I'm putting it on my body correctly, but I think DS is too big. Then again, I see way bigger kids in them.

 DS is 15 lbs and about 24 inches (I think). I tried to put him in the cradle hold tonight and it seemed like his head end was too heavy and I had to keep my arm there to keep him from flopping out.

    I was using it completely wrong until I watched videos! They were a great help to me!

    Have you washed it recently? I've noticed after a good amount of wearing it seems a little extra stretchy. A wash tightens it right back up. This is also why I want to move to a woven before DD gets too big.

    Have you tried the hug hold?  That is the only one I've used with DD and she likes it.

    Ditto pp, I watched instructional videos on youtube!
