Clueless in updating sig pic.....

It's been over a year since I updated...when I click on my avatar, I get

 

 "Server Error in '/profiles' Application" and then a ton of html after.

what do I do???

    I don't know if there is an easier way to do it, but this is what I do:

    1.  Go to, "See My Blog" on the left hand column.
    2. Click on your user name at the top of the blog page.
    3.  On the far right, click on "Settings"
    4. Click on "Avatar and Signature."
    5. Under "My Forums Signature," paste your picture's html.

    I've read that people with symbols in their screenname are having trouble updating profile/sigs.

    I havent been able to change mine either. I have emailed them 2 times and heard nothing.......
