Teeth grinding

My DS as two teeth on the bottom and within the last few weeks just got the top two in the front. Sometimes he grinds them. I am thinking it is just because he isn't used to have all the teeth and that's why he is doing it. But I don't want him to hurt his teeth, so I don't know if I should call the dentist to talk to him about it. Does anyone elses LO's do this?

    My DS does this too! I think it's just him trying to figure everything out but I hope he gets over it soon because it's a TERRIBLE sound!

    Same here! It sends chills down my spine when I hear it but she just got her top two teeth so hopefully it will past....
