I've been lurking for a while but this is my first post. This is our first cycle TTC. I didn't temp or use OPKs
this month (trust me I will be next month if I'm not pregnant!), but I did pay attention to CM. I had suspected ovulation around June 23 based on EWCM, which would put me at 21 DPO. But 2 days after that day, we left
for a trip. I was due for AF Sunday. When I woke up Sunday, I had
cramps and just felt like I was going to start, but never did. I also
had EWCM that day, which may be usual for me (I know that I always have
an increase in CM before AF, but I have never paid attention until this month
TTC). I went off the pill in March and had two regular cycles (34 days
and 33 days). I am now on day 39 of this cycle. I have taken 2 pregnancy
tests (EPT Certainty Digital) on 18 DPO and 20 DPO if I did ovulate on
June 23. Without temping and OPKs, I know it's impossible to know for sure, and
now I'm wondering if the trip could have delayed ovulation which is why AF hasn't shown. It's really getting frustrating getting
negatives when AF still isn't here. I have already ordered OPKs online
for next month, if I'm not pregnant. Does anyone have any other theories on why AF isn't here and I'm getting negative HPTs? Does
anyone know how long ovulation is usually delayed after travel? We've
been home for 2 weeks tomorrow. I guess I'll just keep testing every few days until I get a positive or AF shows.

Re: New and a little frustrated..
It could be your body adjusting to coming off of BC--it can take upwards of a year to regulate even if you've had a few "normal" cycles before now.
I'd test once a week and then call your OB/GYN if/when you get to CD 60 with no + HPT ot period
I don't know much about the OPK's but I think this is a good idea to follow. Good luck!
I'm not an expert, but I didn't know that O could be delayed bc of travel. The only reasons I can think of for AF not showing would be late O, chemical pregnancy, or pregnancy. If you are pregnant, it's possible that your levels just aren't high enough yet for it to show on a test. Or it could have been a CP that you didn't catch.
Whatever the reason, I hope you find out soon one way or another. Sorry - I know it's frustrating!
ETA: ah - I totally missed the part about just coming off BC a few months ago. Your cycles may still be regulating...
You could've Oed late. Feel free to look at my last 3 charts- I got fertile CM around the time one would expect to O, but didn't actually O until CD 55ish. Not saying that you would O as late as that, but that could be throwing you off some. HTH.

This. I was on BCP for a year and it took at least 6 months for my cycles to get regular and this current cycle is longer than the ones before. So keep testing once a week until AF comes or it has been 60 days then call your doctor. Best of luck!
This. I was the most regular person with my cycles before BC (28-29 days) and back in October I had a 42 day cycle. That's what made me begin charting. I went to see a doctor and she explained that it may be several factors: coming off BC, stress (new job), and adjusting to a recent move. GL!
This. I went of BCPs in Jan and it took until June for my body to O on it's own again. I even went 3 months of being anov, and the doc couldn't find anything off or wrong. So, I guess I don't know if being anov was due to my body adjusting to not being on the pill or not, but it's not out of the norm for it to take half a year or even longer to readjust.
If I were you, I'd test once a week or until you get your period. If you hit CD 60, call and get Provera. GL, hopefully you will get your BFP soon!
