Anyone else have rental properties?

I wanted to know if anyone else had rentals.  We have like 16 units.  Keeps us very busy.

That was my whole life and now it's crazy juggling LO and the rentals. I just brought her exersaucer home from an apartment but I forgot some of her toys.  I think I need two of everything!

Seeing how others do it.  Any tricks or tips.

    Just one. It's our old condo in Boston.

    Let's see..how do I manage... Oh, I cut a check to the management company every month. Easy peasy!  Big Smile

    Wow, 16 would keep anyone busy! We only have 2. One in Cali & the other in FL. Same as PP- we pay enough to each mgmt company to not ever have to deal with them.
