Where did you find your nanny?

Hi girls,

I am considering getting a nanny for my toddler and soon to be newborn when I go back to work.

Just curious for those of you who have nannies where you found them?

    We used care.com

    Someone recommend it to us after having success. We had a lot of responses and interviewed 11 nannies in the end, I think. We were really happy with the process. Good luck!

    Great luck with care.com. Although, I will add we do a ton of screening that I compare to a full HR process. Lol Good luck!
