1 yr old @ Colette's?

Would it be inappropriate to bring my 13 mo old DS to Colette's Bar & Bistro (in the Sofitel) between 7:30-8pm for a friend's birthday?  My friend thinks it would be okay.  I'm not so sure.  I've never been there but from the website, it doesn't look very "kid-friendly."

    Smile Thanks!  He was having a great time at the playground.

    I've decided to not go.  Turns out my SO has other plans & I don't want to be trying to watch a 1 year old alone at such a place like this.
