Its hard not to laugh when kids fight over the stupidest thing...

Ethan and one of his friends (who is a little older than him and really feels the neeeeeeeed to be in charge) are having an all out crying fight over who should get to be the tallest rock star in their band.  Ethan is standing on the back of the couch and she thinks that makes him too tall, that because playing "rock star" was her idea, she should be the tallest person in the band.  Anything else is unacceptable. 

No matter how I have tried to help them strike a compromise, they are currently involved in a screaming, crying "I'm never playing with you again" match of epic proportions and I am in the other room trying not to laugh at how ridiculous it all is.  Sigh.....

    My DD and BFF's DD fought and cried over who was older one time. They are a little over a year apart in age. DD is the younger one.

    Michelle & my granddaughter do alot.  I find its better to stand back & let them work it out themselves.  I only intervene if and when it get physical.
