So, I have been waiting to start IVF #3. But, AF has been a no show. My temps have dropped a bit the last two days and I've been cramping so badly I laid down some cash on a jumbo box of tampons at Target yesterday.
Then this morning. My temp was up. A lot. WTH? I'm 12dpo (usually a 9-10dpo girl). I'm never going to get this IVF rolling. I took an hpt really more to stop the hallucinations I was beginning to have. While I waited for the results I cracked a diet soda.
And then I saw TWO mother effing lines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the six years I have been trying to have children I have never EVER seen two lines without the assistance of IVF. NOT ONCE!
Can this be right? I have been taking every natural supplement known to mankind to try and prepare for this IVF, could I be getting a false positive (or three b/c you know I saved my pee in cup and took two more tests to prove to myself that I'm not insane).

I dont think natural supplements would cause a BFP.
It sounds safe to say this is real!!!! That is so exciting! Congrats!!!!
Holy heck. Now I have no idea what to do. I have to figure out what supplements to come off of. And I guess call the RE. My regular OB just moved to Texas. Super.
Hope my RE will get me in and give me a blood test. Since I lost the twins with IVF #2. I am a terrified mess right now.
Want to make sure my progesterone and such is ok.

I had two unassisted and surprising BFPs, so I know the feeling - it's like you can't catch your breath or stop smiling or stop panicking all at the same time. Take some deep breaths and try to enjoy these moments!

Wahoooo!!!! I'm so excited for you!! Since they're not regulated, I'd probably come off of all of the supplements and like you said, have your p4 checked and then rechecked in a week or so when the supplements are out of your system. How exciting!!!

Who knew? I should have invested in Tampons six years ago
Anyway, just left a message with the RE. Having a little light brown spotting now. So really hope they let me come in today.
LMFAO Davez! WTF. Right? These days I only temp a few months ahead of an IVF cycle. Not sure why really. Just a habit.
Of course now I'm starting to freak the eff out about the spotting. Call back RE!

(btw, none of my business, but do you have to pay for your meds? laying out that money in combo with the tampons might have been the winning ticket!)
Oh yeah, the $2,500 worth of meds I have chilling in the fridge might have had more to do with it than the tampons
We are all OOP. I waited till the last minute to order my meds too. If this works out it will be the best $2,500 I've ever spent.
