  on the top left of the website, there is a my bump icon that is green click there and then there should be a link for signature or something like that.

   

  eta: I went through the motions for better instructions: click on my bump (for some reason, I had to log in again), click on the link above your name that says edit my avatar & sig, scroll down to the box for signature and paste the code for your ticker.
