These check ins hae been motivating me all week! I went to the gym and did 30 minutes of cardio at a level 6-9 incline on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weights/stretching.
It is going to be unbearably hot this week so I am having DH get the treadmill out for me. We've been walking at dusk to avoid the heat, but it will be too hot for that this week. I hate the treadmill.

I feel ya. We have to go after 8 around here, usually 8:30. If DH goes with me, I go later since I don't prefer to walk in the dark solo (like he'd let me "in my condition" as he would say, LOL!). I can't wait for the fall weather to come!

Yep! That is exactly what we've been doing too. I give DH a guilt trip when he acts like he doesn't want to go with me. We have some creepers around here even though we live in the sticks and I HATE going by myself. I too am so ready for fall!

I didn't do much this week between being super busy at work and fighting what is either a nasty cold or some serious pregnancy-related congestion. Tonight after dinner, though, I hopped on the elliptical for 50 minutes and it felt pretty good. Here's hoping this coming week is better!
I walked at least 3 miles. Not sure. We lost our keys on the way back and then spent another hour walking up and down the street.... uggghh. never found them.
I haven't been working out much this week due to being exhausted after camping the holiday weekend and having a stressful week, but I started packing today if that counts as somewhat of a workout lol The bending over, lifting(not heavy things), moving things, etc is a realy annoyance now that my belly is starting to get in the way.

we are dog sitting so we took the dog on a 45 minute walk/hike at a metropark nearby
