My city mini's front wheel keeps locking into 'jogging position'. I'm going to call the company on Monday but I've heard they have less than stellar customer service.
Has anyone had this problem before or know how to fix it?
Thanks!
Jen

Not sure who told you that their customer service was bad and what their reason was...BUT I found that they have exceptional service. You just need to provide your serial # (hopefully you registered the stroller when you got it) and your proof of purchase (copy of your receipt) and then either a description or a photo of what is wrong. They will send you a new wheel if they aren't able to troubleshoot it.

yea, exactly. I don't have any of that. It was given to me as a gift out of the box with a big bow on it. Apparently, if you don't have all of the above you are screwed.

The serial number is also on the actual stroller somewhere, I just can't remember where. Even a registry showing that it was purchased can serve as a receipt (they looked up my BRU registry). Their customer service was wonderful. I called because the infant seat adaptor wouldn't click into the stroller frame. They sent me a new stroller frame within days and a box and prepaid label to return the faulty one. Great service!
This question has come up before too, I think it's pretty common. I had the same issue with mine, I called customer service- they were super helpful and resolved my issue right away.
They said some of the strollers had an issue with this because of the spring in the wheel, they sent me a new wheel immediatly but in the days I was waiting for it just told me to put a piece of duck tape or electrical tape over the hole in the wheel to keep it from locking. I've never had another issue.
And I hadn't registered my stroller or anything.

Thanks everyone!
I figured we could fix it by using a ton of superglue but I was hoping that we could fix it another way too.
I will certainly call on Monday, thanks!
