Cloth wipes & poop and liners?

Ok so everyone talks about dunking or spraying their diapers to get the poop off but what do you all do w/ your cloth wipes after you wipe the poop off their butt? Ive tried dunking and they are just soo little I feel like my hand is right in the toilet!

And know some ppl have mentioned using Viva paper towels as liners, I dont think I can flush paper towels down the toilet w/o clogging it so what do you do, just toss in your regular garbage them or use some sort of diaper genie just for the liners??

I don't understand the issue with your hand in the toilet. It's just water.

I just toss my wipes in the diaper pail. Everything washes out.

I've never used liners. Check that, I used them for a few days and hated them.

I'll just add that throwing the wipes in the pail works if there are no chunks on them. Use the diaper itself to get the majority of the poop off then whatever is left that needs a wipe shouldn't cause problems in the washer.
