DS slowing down

He has his 2yr well visit. He has been as high as 90th percentile for weight and has skinned out and dropped to 65th. Head size grew to 65th and height slowed down from 95th at the highest to 85th (though he is 1/4" shorter than DD at her 2YO check-up). And only one 2yr molar in and the other bottom one just erupted. So still 2 more to go. Sad

DH immediately started saying "oh, no! we need to get some more fat in his diet to get him back up there." Uh, honey, he's still well over 50th percentile, just getting more lean. And also likely he is due for a growth spurt soon as he's been pretty steady recently. Seriously, the kid is not stunted in his growth!
