1. 9 DPO is super early to test..even with a fancy test, even w/ FMU which you didn't use

2. 10 min is way too late to read the test

I messed with it in Pregnancy Test Checker App (inverted, gray scale whatever) & it looks like an evaporation line to me.

I fully admit to being cranky today, but I am totally shocked to see how tame this thread is...these posts usually don't go over very well.

OP, test again in the morning and be sure to read your test in the time frame they tell you. And perhaps look into canyouseealine.com or one of those sites specifically dedicated to people voting on your pee sticks if that's what you want, that would be a very appropriate place for something like this.

Looks like an evap/dye run to me. A couple of cycles ago I had a test similar to that and when I tested again the next more I got a negative and my period arrived right on schedule. Try testing again in a few days. That is about all you can do.

It doesn't look positive to me, I just see smudges along the top. 9dpo is really early, I'd wait a couple days and try again. Also, maybe try the 2ww for questions about things that happen during the 2ww. good luck

Exactly. There's no second line there at all, just because there's a smudge of pink along the top does not a hopeful positive test make - looks more like a faulty test to me. But then, rather than asking the internet to try to interpret photos which are never as good at picking up anything definitive as your own eyes, why not just wait a few days and test again with a proper FRER or digi? I just never understand the absolute urgency to beg total strangers to try and interpret unclear tests. Seriously, just wait it out and test when you're actually late for best accuracy.

Hi everyone! I just took a sure predict super early pregnancy test (Can detect HCG at 10 miu) i am 9dpo and this is what came up i see a faint top of a line next to the control... is it a positive? Or is it an evaporation line? Thanks! It came up after about 10 min

Wow, there is dye/smudges all over both of those tests (the one she posted here and the new one which she says is positive but still just looks like a mess of dye to me)... Is that typical for this type of test? Or did she get a bad batch?

I was being sarcastic in my comment, but I guess it didn't come across!

She posted here twice, after being told to move on to first tri, so that's all I meant by checking her post history.

The apology is very nice, though. We don't always get that when people who are not a part of the community post their BFP like this.
