Can I just say Calphalon is awesome?

I may be a huge dork but I was so sad because our pizza cutter made by them just fell apart lol I contacted them and their customer service is awesome! They had me send a picture and now they are sending me a new one! Goes to show, if anything ever breaks or is something you're just not happy with, contact the company first! :D

    I love great customer service! I would be sad if my pizza cutter broke lol.

    My DH is a huge proponant of this! He calls every.single.company that he has a problem with something. And about 90% of the time, he gets the things fixed or worked out. He even got a toilet paper company to send him his money back and coupon for a different brand lol.

    That's awesome! I've stupidly never been one to contact a company, but I really loved my pizza cutter! lol I've definitely learned my lesson and will be taking after your husband now! :D
