okay...I'm ready to come out of lurker mode :)

Hi Ladies,

I have been lurking here for a few weeks now. and I'm ready to come out and be a part of this board.   We had a miscarriage in March after over a year of trying. When we had our green light to try again, we became pregnant right away.  Needless to say, I have been a bit on edge worrying over everything.  I had my 1st u/s last week and only measured a day or 2 behind, but there was no little baby or heartbeat to hear.  I was a little jealous reading about everyone else's heartbeats early on, but knew  it varied person to person.  I went back today and measured exactly where I had originally thought and finally saw my little heartbeat and baby. I feel now that I can relax a bit more and let myself become excited.

 

I look forward to getting to know you all over these next months!  :)
